Registration
Registration fees are as follows
On-the-day registration is not available, so please complete your online registration in advance before attending the meeting.

- Students and Residents need to submit their identification.
- Students including undergraduates and postgraduates are requested to submit a proof of their status such as a photocopy of a valid student ID card or a letter from the dean, the department head or the research director with their signature.
- The Accompanying Persons' registration fee is available only to partners and/or family members of paid delegates registered to attend the Conference. It covers the only admission for Social Gathering. Accompanying person cannot access to a lecture room and Corporate Exhibition venue.

Call for Abstracts
- All abstracts must be submitted through the online abstract submission system.

From Tuesday, November 11, 2025 to Friday, December 12, 2025(tentative)
Requirements for Abstract Submission
Each individual may present only one paper as an author or presenter, but may be listed as a co-author on other papers.
[Encore abstract]
JDA annual meeting will not accept the abstract with exact same title and contents published before in other meetings and articles. JDA has this policy to avoid double publication as a fraud.
If you add a new data or information on the previous reports, we would consider to accept the abstract.
Guidelines for Writing Abstracts
[Presentation style]
We prepare sessions of "Oral Presentations in English" in our meeting on June 11-14, 2026. You can select your presentation style either of "Oral and Poster" or "Poster Only". The Local Organizing Committee will review the abstracts and decide their final presentation styles ("Oral and Poster presentation" or "Poster Only presentation").
If your abstract accepted as an oral and poster presentation, you are kindly requested to present it orally on June 11-12, 2026 and also discussion it as a poster on June 11, PM (Odd poster number) or June 12, PM (Even poster number).
Oral presentation : 5 minutes for presentation, 2 minutes for discussion (tentative).
Presenters are required to come to the venue (Kyoto, Japan) and give their oral
and / or poster presentation. There will be no online presentations.
Therefore, applicants for presentations are required to be available to attend on both days – Thursday, June 11 and Friday June 12.
And, presenters are required to prepare both paper poster and digital poster.
If your abstract is not accepted as an oral presentation, you can present it poster only.
Poster discussion is open-ended and speakers should stand-by in front of the poster at the poster discussion time.
And poster presenters are requested to prepare their paper poster and digital poster.(same data)

[Abstract Publication]
Your abstract will be published in the meeting program and abstract book.
Online Abstract Submission
Abstract Submission
- Depending on the computer environment, there may be cases where the registrant is unable to register from the meeting web page. (e.g. Firewall is set to prevent intrusion) Please confirm your internet environment in advance.
- It is mandatory that the registrant has an e-mail address that can be made through to him/her.
- An e-mail will be generated automatically to inform the registrant that the abstract is registered. Please be extra careful not to mistype your e-mail address.
*If you do not receive the e-mail, the following may be the cause:
A. You can confirm your abstract from the "Confirmation & Correction" page.
- The e-mail address input was incorrect: Submission has successfully concluded. To avoid duplicated submission, do not submit more than twice. Please confirm and modify the e-mail address from the Confirmation & Correction page.
B. You cannot confirm your abstract from the "Confirmation & Correction" page.
- The submission process did not finish properly: Please submit again.
*Please do not use Gmail.
Please note that those who have registered Gmail address may not receive emails from the abstract submission system.
- Compatible browsers are Safari version 2.0.3 (417.9.2) or above, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Do not use other browsers.
Before Submission
- Registered data will be published on the abstract book. There will be no proofreading by the secretariat office. Please be extra careful not to mistype your abstract.
- Changes to the abstract, including co-author information, will not be accepted after the deadline. Please confirm thoroughly before submission.
Password
Before you finish your registration, you are required to enter password. Password is case sensitive and must be 4 or more characters long. Do not use passwords used for hospital information systems and e-mails.
Data Entries
<Entering symbols, Greek Letters and other special characters>
Symbols and Greek Letters must be entered using the respective codes from the list of "Abstract Body" on the Registration site. (You may cut and paste from the list.)
Follow the instructions below for special characters. These are also available on the Registration site for you to cut and paste.
- Superscripts: <SUP></SUP>
Example: Na<SUP>+</SUP>=Na+ - Subscripts: <SUB></SUB>
Example: H<SUB>2</SUB>O=H2O - Italics: <I></I>
Example: <I>c-fos</I>=c-fos - Bold: <B></B>
Example: <B>AAA</B>=AAA - Underline: <U></U>
Example: <U>BBB</U>=BBB - If you wish to use "<" (less than) or ">" (greater than) in your abstract (e.g. p<0.05), to distinguish special character codes "< > "explained above from single uses of "<" or ">", enter ">" for ">" and "<" for "<".
Example: p<0.05=p<0.05
Complete Registration
Please confirm the contents you have input before clicking the "Confirm to submit" button.
After submission, registration number (number in the 30000s) will be automatically generated. With the registration number being generated, the abstract submission process is concluded. You will receive a confirmation mail from the system. If you do not see your registration number in the web page, please be aware that the abstract has not been accepted yet.
Please note that the secretariat office will not answer any questions related to the passwords for security purposes.

Correction
For adding correction to registered abstracts, use the "Confirmation and Correction" button. Before the due date, confirmation and correction can be made repeatedly by inputting the registration number and password.
Abstract Submission Procedures
Submission Periods
From Tuesday, November 11, 2025 to Friday, December 12, 2025(tentative)
- The system will automatically close after the above date. Corrections, registrations and deleting of the abstracts will not be allowed after the deadline.
Click "Abstract Submission" button when submitting your abstract for the first time.
[Restrictions]
- Only abstracts submitted through the online abstract submission system will be considered.
- Abstracts must be submitted in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling.
- Please note that abstracts will be published as submitted, so please check carefully all names as well as spelling and grammar.
Abstract title must be 90 letters or less, including spaces.
Abstract body must be 800 letters or less, including spaces.
Up to 10 coauthors, including authors, and up to 10 affiliations may be registered.
Notes:
- You may log in to the system to edit or modify your application after submitting the abstract, as long as it is within the submission period (Friday, December 12, 2025).
- The Secretariat will not answer questions related to passwords for security purposes.

Evaluation
All abstracts will be reviewed and presentation styles (oral and poster presentation or poster presentation only) will be decided by the Local Organizing Committee.
Notification of Accepted Abstracts
First authors will be informed of the decision of the evaluation at the address given for correspondence around mid-February, 2026. At that time, you will be given full details of your presentation.
Travel grants available (For the presenter only)
A limited number of travel grants will be awarded by the Local Organizing Committee to applicants whose abstracts have been evaluated as outstanding.
- The travel grant provides assistance for transportation costs, but does not cover the full amount.
- Applicants wishing to be considered for a travel grant must submit their abstract.
- The nominee must be the presenting author of the submitted abstract and provide proof of student or trainee status via a certificate issued by their University or Head of Department.
How to submit certificates for travel grant applications
- When submitting your abstract, locate the travel grant application section in the system.
- Select "Apply" to enable certificate upload.
- Upload the certificate proving your student or trainee status issued by your University or Head of Department.
